-- How to make the tea
1. Rinse the herbs with cold running water then put all the herbs from the package into the mesh bag that was included.
2. Add the bag of herbs to water in a large pot. Water : Herbs ( 1gallon:140g )
3. Bring to a boil, after water comes to a full boil, lower the heat and simmer for 2 hrs or more.
